Synopsis: Friends Phi, Elle and Jhana (RK Bagatsing, Markki Stroem, Archie Alemania) are having a slumber party in anticipation of the Miss Universe telecast. They plan to have a pretty quiet night of chatting and dressing up, but their plans change when an intruder arrives. Jonel (Sef Cadayona) tries to sneak into the house as part of his initiation to the neighborhood frat. But the friends overpower him and end up restraining him. Over the course of the night, the three spend time with their prisoner, learning his story, sharing their problems, and at points, taking advantage of his captivity. (Click the City)

“In the name of liberal values, I will imprison you. It appears that the central conceit of this movie is to have a group of gay men tie up one straight guy, and by bearing witness to what really goes on in the lives of these gay men he will eventually put away his masculine pretenses and not only sympathize with these men but be ‘converted’ into becoming one of them. Not a lot of people seem to remember that the straight guy’s ‘re-education’ happens exactly because he is in chains, and fewer people seem to be offended by it. It doesn’t matter that throughout the night the straight guy gets gagged, harassed, or even raped (RAPE FOR THE LOLZ!) because in the end we will all be chummy with one another, won’t we? There are few films (maybe none) that are as bad as this.”

But there is something really offensive about how the reason of three gay men went out the window just because the ‘robber’ is cute… or how sexual assault was forgotten by everyone, including the victim. Make them laugh and make them forget about the molestation. Even when they took a stab at some relevance (HIV), their only concern is ‘Paano nung nag-bu-booking tayo?’ Seriously?”
