Reviews:
2.5 Mariae Francesca Ramos (Business World)
“Poor storytelling of a messy plot weighs down the movie’s potential to create a lasting impression.” (Read full review)
2.0 Zig Marasigan (Rappler)
“While there’s an obvious passion for music and dance, there’s also an obvious lack of passion for proper filmmaking and storytelling. What starts out as a charming love story quickly spirals into a melodrama fit for an afternoon soap opera.” (Read full review)
1.0 Philbert Dy (Click the City)
“Kaleidoscope World mires itself in overwrought dramatic elements that have nothing to do with the music or hip-hop culture as a whole. It stretches everything out to an unbearable length, the film growing more cringeworthy with every passing second.” (Read full review)
1.0 Nicol Latayan (Tit for Tat)
“The discography of Francis Magalona is the only bright spot in this otherwise mess of a film, but I feel more sorry because it seems that it was rushed just to make it in the festival.” (Read full review)
